Final Thoughts
Minimalism is what it advocates for: simple. It is a unique movement that wants the best for the individual. Emphasizing the importance of finding what is essential to us, minimalism aims to break the shackles of consumerism that bounds our freedom. It's aim is to help us be free, be happy. It wants us to break free from the vicious cycle of wasting away at work, striving to earn money, buying things that we do not need, finding emptiness in our achievements. With minimalism, we will find much more meaning and purpose in our life. We will have much more time on our hands, time that we can use to do something useful and productive. But minimalism is also flexible. If we love our jobs, and find it essential, than minimalism encourages that as well. It is a personal movement, tailored to the individual, but suited for the world. Anyone can be minimalist, anywhere, anytime.
